Book your package online and pick a delivery date. We deliver the totes and dolly to your current address. You pack at your own pace. You have a full 2 weeks. When you're settled in at the new place, we come pick everything up. No return trips required.
No problem. Just add the 4-week extended option at checkout. It's priced at roughly 60% more than the 2-week rate (not double), so it's still great value for longer or more relaxed moves.
Our packages are sized by bedroom count, which is the easiest way to estimate. If you're between sizes, it's usually better to go one size up. You can always leave some totes empty.
Each box measures 27" long x 17" wide x 12" tall with an 18.7 gallon capacity. They're sized to fit books, kitchen items, clothing, and everyday household goods without being too heavy to carry. Every box comes with a secure snap lid so nothing shifts during the move.
Never. Pickup is always from your new address. That's the whole point. You never make a return trip. We come to you.
